We order take out from them every so often and have never had a bad experience. They're quick and reliable and the pizza tastes great. Even last year when we had a power outage (and they were one of the few places on this side of town that had power) we were able to pick up dinner within 15 minutes of ordering. Much better than trying to cook in the dark! In general most times we order they give us a pick up window of about 15 minutes. I think the most we've ever had to wait for was 25 minutes which is not bad at all. The pizza isn't anything that's over the top amazing but I like it much better than some of the other chain options in the area. They are generous with cheese and toppings which is A-OK by me. Also it's pretty cheap. Last night we got a large two topping (pepperoni + mushrooms) and it was a meager $12 and some change. A bit more than a Hot & Ready but I like it better. Have never done the buffet since we only do takeout but I'm curious to try it, especially since other reviewers seem to be pretty keen on it!

We were shopping in the Stadium/Maple area, and realized we were starving. Hubby always used to love the deep dish pizza from Cottage Inn because he can't get enough bread. The boy will eat bread day and night. I don't care for the bready-ness of the Cottage Inn deep dish pizza, but the things one does for love ... So we ordered and it didn't take long for the pizza to be ready. We sat down and ate it right there. The place was virtually empty, even at dinner time. We got a combo of meats & veggies. And I noticed that in order to get the pizza made quickly, the crust on the edge was thick, but the dough was very thin in the middle, and not cooked quite enough in my opinion. So I was happy to let hubby take the leftover pizza to warm up for his lunch the next day. I guess my memories of the downtown A Squared Williams Street pizza outlet are just that - memories - unless I am able to go to the Source of Pizza to see if it's still as good as I remember.

The pizza was pretty average. Fluffy crust, decent amount of toppings added. The staff was friendly and helpful and even offered to split the two topping special so we could get two halves with different toppings. The restaurant itself is pretty old and could use a makeover but it wasn't a big deal to us since we ordered the pizza to go.

I was craving for some wings so I ordered 20 wings online, paid and headed over 20 minutes later to pick it up... unfortunately the wings weren't ready, was told it should be done in five minutes, unfortunately that five minutes turned out to be 20 minutes... but that was okay... they were busy and I understand.... When I ordered my wings, I did 1/2 buffalo and 1/2 spicy garlic and ordered extra bleu cheese on the side... got my wings and headed home.... so when I got home and opened the box, there were my 20 wings, unsauced and ready to consumed... Typically, when I order wings from other pizza joints, they wings are already sauced and placed into the box, however cottage inn's wings come naked and they give you dipping sauce.... so I ordered 1/2 buffalo sauce and 1/2 spicy garlic and what I got was 2 containers of spicy garlic, one container of butter garlic and two containers of bleu cheese... I did double check the label on the box and it did have the right order... oh well.... the chicken wings they used looks like the 'wing dings' brand you can get from GFS... so that was little disappointed as well Based upon other reviews, looks like the buffet is the way to go... so I'll visit again during lunch time to try out their buffet.

I love the spicy mediterranean pizza the best, and the lunch buffet deal can't be beat. THis location is the best of all of them - the crust seems better than the others, not that I am complaining too much about the other locations hah

We stopped for the $7 lunch buffet which includes pizza, salad, breadsticks, salad, and a drink. The food was freshly made, hot, and had nice variety with both meaty and meatless pizzas. I particularly liked the Spicy Mediterranean pizza.

Waited 2 hours for my pizza. Called after 1 hour of waiting and they said it was on it's way. Horrible customer service and by the time we got the pizza it was cold. If you prefer your pizza at your house before midnight I would venture somewhere else.

Always a treat to order pizza. This one came in 25 minutes and the guy delivering it was very pleasant and tolerant of my small annoying dog. Not afraid that this person knows where I live. I got a 6" veggie sub with Italian instead of mustard and a med thin crust with tomatoes (they use big slices... Yum!) and green olives and feta. Devoured the sandwich. It was crazy good. Very filling. I tried a small slice of pizza and liked everything but the feta. It wasn't the worst feta or anything but no real flavor other than salt and most of it. Was in the center of the pizza. I might just be picky because I have been spoiled with awesome Bulgarian feta. Still, yummy veggies and I got a cute bag of chips with my sandwich. Looking forward to trying the lunch buffet sometime.

Back in my vegetarian days, nothing made me happier than Cottage Inn's Spicy Mediterranean pizza. But I'm now a vegan and must sadly report that Cottage Inn's pizza dough contains dairy. I totally get that I'm not a pizza place's main audience. But, you know... just saying. I can't eat there.

Went to Cottage Inn specifically for their lunch buffet. I didn't expect stellar food from a buffet, but I was pleasantly surprised. Most of the pizza was fresh, as were the breadsticks - some of the tastiest I've ever had, with plenty of pizza sauce on the side for dipping. The salad bar was a nice touch, allowing us to feel like we weren't being completely unhealthy as we went up for our second and third plates of pizza. It's also great that drinks are included in the low price of the buffet - no hidden costs. We'll be back for more.

The lunch time pizza buffet is alright, better than pizza hut for sure .. however the 5 stars is simply for their absolutely amazing Italian sub sandwich. But .. I live in San Francisco now, and find myself constantly craving this sandwich. This is clearly the best jewel from the chest of cottage inn. Oh how I wish I found any other place that can do this. It makes me salivate. Yummmm!!!!
